Another exciting game was played in Joniskis between Gargzdu and Delikatesas where Gargzdu crushed Delikatesas on the road with 43-point difference 103-60. Gargzdu outrebounded Delikatesas 50-25 including a 40-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Delikatesas' players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Modestas Kumpys (194-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. Swingman Mantas Ruikis (197-85) contributed with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Five Gargzdu players scored in double figures. American guard Case Bruton (193-95, college: CUI, agency: Ron Sport) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and guard Domantas Simaitis (191-94) added 15 points in the effort for Delikatesas. Gargzdu will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Delikatesas will play on the road against Jonava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
