Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Istanbul: Anadolu Efes (#1) and Acibadem (#7). Anadolu Efes (4-0) smashed visiting Acibadem (2-2) by 23 points 89-66. Worth to mention a great performance of French forward Adrien Moerman (202-88) who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 9 rebounds. International guard Ahmet Tuncer (193-93) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. International forward Burak-Can Yildizli (204-94) replied with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Jamal Jones (203-93, college: Texas A&M, agency: Network Sports International) added 9 points in the effort for Acibadem. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Anadolu Efes have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 4-0 record, which they share with Fenerbahce. Acibadem at the other side dropped to the fifth place with two games lost.
