The game between Top Four teams took place in Kaunas. Top-ranked host Aistes-LSMU (3-0) defeated 4th ranked Siauliu Siauliai (1-2) 69-56. Aistes-LSMU dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Siauliu Siauliai's 22. Point guard Deimante Zukaite (166-98) notched 18 points to lead the effort and international forward Gabija Segzdaite (185-0) supported her with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Even 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) by American guard Davida Dale (180-97, college: URI) did not help to save the game for Siauliu Siauliai. Center Enrika Matiukaite (191-0) added 12 points and 11 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Aistes-LSMU have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 3-0 record. Siauliu Siauliai at the other side keeps the fourth place with two games lost. Aistes-LSMU will play against league's second-placed Kibirkstis in Vilnius in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Siauliu Siauliai will play on the road against Kibirkstis-VKM in Vilnius and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
