A very close game took place in Balikesir between Sigortam.net and Merkezefendi. Sigortam.net (3-0) got a very close home victory over Merkezefendi (0-2). Sigortam.net managed to escape with a 2-point win 70-68 on Saturday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. It was a great evening for American swingman Brayon Blake (201-95, college: Idaho) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Derrick Wilson (185-92, college: Marquette, agency: Network Sports International) helped adding 26 points and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was American point guard Isiah Umipig (183-92, college: Seattle) with 25 points and forward Gokhan Yazicioglu (200-90) scored 6 points and 14 rebounds. Merkezefendi's coach gave the chance to play for ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
