The game between Top Four teams took place in Rivne. Top-ranked host Rivne (6-0) defeated second-best Lutsk Univ. (4-2) 76-65. The game was mostly controlled by Rivne. Lutsk Univ. was better in second period 26-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rivne will play against DiDiBao (#7) in Kamianets-Podilskyi in the next round where they are favorite. Lutsk Univ. will play at home against Khimik-2 (#5) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
