Regular Season Round 6: Arkadia - UBSC Graz 84-90

Bottom-ranked Arkadia Lions (0-6) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 90-84 loss to sixth ranked UBSC Graz (3-3) in Traiskirchen on Sunday evening. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 24-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. UBSC Graz dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Arkadia Lions' 44. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. UBSC Graz maintains sixth position with 3-3 record. Loser Arkadia Lions still closes the standings with six games lost. UBSC Graz will meet at home higher ranked Gmunden Swans (#3) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Arkadia Lions will play against Kapfenberg Bulls (#7) and hope to get finally their first victory.
