Not a big story in a game when Chemnitz (0-2) lost at home to BG Goettingen (2-1) 103-99. BG Goettingen players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American swingman Aubrey Dawkins (198-95, college: UCF, agency: Network Sports International) who scored 24 points and 9 rebounds. British guard Luke Nelson (191-95, college: UC Irvine) chipped in 24 points and 6 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Marcus Thornton (193-93, college: William & Mary) who recorded 25 points and 5 assists and the other American import point guard Wes Clark (183-94, college: Buffalo) added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively.
