Regular Season Round 3: Bayern - Ludwigsburg 93-70

An interesting game for Bayern Muenchen (3-0) which hosted in Muenchen EnBW Ludwigsburg (2-1). Bayern Muenchen had an easy win 93-70. Bayern Muenchen dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to EnBW Ludwigsburg's 28. They outrebounded EnBW Ludwigsburg 38-21 including a 30-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Bayern Muenchen shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by EnBW Ludwigsburg's players. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Wade Baldwin-IV (193-96, college: Vanderbilt) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 5 assists. His fellow American import forward JaJuan Johnson (208-89, college: Purdue) accounted for 10 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Four Bayern Muenchen players scored in double figures. American point guard Jordan Hulls (180-90, college: Indiana) came up with 21 points and 5 rebounds and the former international center Elias Harris (203-89, college: Gonzaga, agency: BeoBasket) added 16 points respectively for EnBW Ludwigsburg in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bayern Muenchen will meet MBC (#15) in the next round which should be another easy win for them. EnBW Ludwigsburg will have a break next round.
