Regular Season Round 6: Slow & Furious - Chardafon 85-47

An interesting game for Slow & Furious (4-0) which hosted in Pleven 3rd ranked Chardafon (1-4). Top-ranked Slow & Furious had an easy win 85-47. Slow & Furious dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Chardafon's 28. Slow & Furious forced 23 Chardafon turnovers and outrebounded them 56-22 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Slow & Furious players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Chardafon's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was power forward Ventsislav Georgiev (198-94) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Chardafon at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third place with four games lost. Slow & Furious' next round opponent will be league's second-placed Chavdar in Troyan and it will be for sure the game of the week. Chardafon will play at home against Lokomotiv GO and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
