It looked good early as Helios Suns took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Primorska had a 20-15 second period charge getting the lead and Helios Suns were not able to take back game control losing it eventually 63-72. Primorska dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Helios Suns' 24. They outrebounded Helios Suns 37-25 including 29 on the defensive glass. The former international Erjon Kastrati (198-94) notched 24 points to lead the effort and the former international Urban Durnik (204-97, agency: PEPI SPORT) supported him with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Even 24 points and 4 assists by the former international forward Blaz Mahkovic (201-90) did not help to save the game for Helios Suns. Point guard Daniel Vujasinovic (192-89) added 11 points and 6 assists for lost side. Primorska moved-up to third place, which they share with Sencur Gor. Helios Suns at the other side keep the seventh position with two games lost. Primorska's next round opponent will be Sencur Gor. (#3) in Kranj, which may be the game of the day.
