Bottom-ranked Chemnitz (0-3) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their third consecutive match to eighth ranked EWE Baskets (3-1) 119-73. EWE Baskets shot 66.1 percent from the field and made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. EWE Baskets had a 30-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 21 long-distance shots on high 70.0 percentage. EWE Baskets players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. EWE Baskets will play against bottom-ranked Telekom Baskets (#18) in Bonn in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Chemnitz will play at home against Skyliners and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
