Bottom-ranked OGM Orman managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the series of four consecutive losses. This time newly promoted OGM Orman won against ninth-ranked Acibadem in Ankara 80-68. It was a great evening for American point guard Tu Holloway (183-89, college: Xavier) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-88, agency: BeoBasket) helped adding 19 points and 8 rebounds. Four OGM Orman players scored in double figures. American forward Jamal Jones (203-93, college: Texas A&M, agency: Network Sports International) responded with 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import guard Shannon Evans-II (185-94, college: ASU) scored 7 points and 6 assists. Acibadem's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. OGM Orman (4-7) moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Galatasaray and Besiktas. Acibadem lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with six games lost. OGM Orman will play against higher ranked Buyukcekmece (#9) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Acibadem's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Istanbul Besiktas.
