Even a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds by Lithuanian power forward Dainius Chatkevicius (206-95, college: Evansville) did not help to save the game for Miercurea Ciuc. American forward Miles Bowman-Jr (201-93, college: High Point, agency: Players Group) added 17 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Four Sibiu and five Miercurea Ciuc players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sibiu will play against Focsani at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Miercurea Ciuc will play against Pitesti to get more than just one victory in their record.
