No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (5-1) beat 12th ranked Skyliners (1-4) in Frankfurt 94-80 on Saturday. EnBW Ludwigsburg forced 20 Skyliners turnovers. It was a good game for American guard Jaleen Smith (193-94, college: UNH) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Naturalized Cuban swingman Yorman Polas-Bartolo (191-85) contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Five EnBW Ludwigsburg players scored in double figures. EnBW Ludwigsburg's coach John Patrick used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard Matt Mobley (193-94, college: St.Bonaventure) replied with 21 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and his fellow American import guard Quantez Robertson (188-84, college: Auburn) added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Skyliners.
