The most exciting game of round 11 in the Liga Feminina took place in Ponta Delgada. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 8th ranked Vagos (3-5) to fifth ranked Uniao Sportiva (5-1) 77-74 on Sunday evening. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Uniao Sportiva have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Vagos at the other side keep the eighth position with five games lost. Uniao Sportiva are looking forward to face CAB Madeira (#7) in Funchal in the next round. Vagos will play on the road against Olivais in Coimbra and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
