No shocking result in a game when third ranked Herner TC (7-3) defeated at home 9th ranked BasCats Heidelberg (2-6) 66-58. Herner TC forced 25 BasCats Heidelberg turnovers. BasCats Heidelberg was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for Dutch forward Laura Westerik (176-98) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 9 rebounds. American forward AeRianna Harris (185-98, college: Purdue) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Croatian guard Inja Butina (175-95, college: Seton Hall) replied with 17 points and 5 rebounds and American power forward Olivia Nash (185-94, college: Oakland) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for BasCats Heidelberg.
