Regular Season Round 9: Bayern - Bamberg 84-70

Rather predictable result when fifth ranked Bayern Muenchen (7-1) won against at home 8th ranked Brose Bamberg (4-4) 84-70 on Sunday. It was a good game for American center Jalen Reynolds (207-92, college: Xavier) who led his team to a victory with 17 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). The former international forward Paul Zipser (203-94, agency: BeoBasket) contributed with 11 points and 4 assists for the winners. American center David Kravish (208-92, college: California) answered with 13 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import guard Devon Hall (196-95, college: Virginia, agency: Octagon Europe) added 9 points in the effort for Brose Bamberg. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Bayern Muenchen moved-up to third place. Loser Brose Bamberg keeps the eighth position with four games lost. Bayern Muenchen will have a break next round. Brose Bamberg will play at home against Bayreuth (#13) and hope to win that game.
