The victory was the twelfth consecutive win for Kibirkstis. Defending champion maintains first place with 12-0 record. Siauliu Siauliai lost their third game in a row. They keep the fourth position with six games lost. Kibirkstis will play against Neptunas (#3) in Klaipeda in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Siauliu Siauliai will play on the road against the league's second-placed Aistes-LSMU in Kaunas and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
