Regular Season Round 11: Lokomotiv 2020 - CSKA 77-60

There was no surprise in Varna where 13th ranked CSKA (1-7) was defeated by fourth ranked Lokomotiv 2020 (7-2) 77-60 on Thursday. Lokomotiv 2020 dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to CSKA's 26. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Vasil Mihaylov (202-94) who scored 9 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. Erik Dimitrov (198-95) chipped in 25 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Dimitar Genov (187-2) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and Martin Rusev added 17 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lokomotiv 2020 moved-up to third place. CSKA lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the fourteenth position with seven games lost. Lokomotiv 2020 will face Balkan 2 (#10) in Botevgrad in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
