Rather predictable result when tenth ranked Vilnius (7-12) outscored at home 13th ranked Delikatesas (5-14) 104-79 on Thursday. The best player for the winners was Pijus Rimkus (190-1) who scored 22 points. Guard Jokubas Rubinas (187-2) chipped in 17 points. Four Vilnius players scored in double figures. Vilnius' coach Edvinas Justas felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to get some rest. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Jawan Davis (184-89, college: Claflin, agency: BIG) who recorded 27 points and 5 rebounds and Rokas Pocius (198-96) added 20 points and 12 rebounds respectively. Vilnius maintains tenth position with 7-12 record. Loser Delikatesas dropped to the fourteenth place with 14 games lost. Vilnius will face league's second-placed Gargzdu in Gargzdai in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Delikatesas will play at home against Palanga (#8) and hope to win that game.
