No shocking result in a game when eleventh ranked Elazig (6-12) crushed on the road 13th ranked Adana Basket (2-16) 84-54 on Wednesday. Elazig dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Adana Basket's 22. They outrebounded Adana Basket 42-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. Elazig looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Adana Basket's players. It was a good game for American Emma Cannon (190-89, college: FSC) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds. Her fellow American import guard Kelsey Mitchell (172-95, college: Ohio St.) contributed with 19 points and 7 assists for the winners. Four Elazig players scored in double figures. Elazig's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Oyku Taskin (172-0) answered with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Ilknur Yildizhan (186-96) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Adana Basket. Elazig moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Besiktas. Adana Basket lost their twelfth game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 16 games lost.
