Bottom-ranked Constanta (0-10) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 82-78 loss to ninth ranked Steaua B. (5-6) in Bucuresti on Friday evening. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 23-17 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game.
