Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Silute (13-12) and Delikatesas (7-17), which took place in Silute. Higher ranked Silute lost at home to thirteenth ranked Delikatesas 65-69 on Thursday. Strangely Silute outrebounded Delikatesas 46-33 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by American point guard Jawan Davis (184-89, college: Claflin, agency: BIG) who scored that evening 23 points and Zilvinas Petraitis (194-88) supported him with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 22 points and 14 rebounds by the former international forward Valdas Vasylius (203-83, college: ODU) did not help to save the game for Silute. Point guard Linas Lekavicius (186-84, college: American) added 5 points and 8 assists. Silute's coach Kestutis Macijauskas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Delikatesas maintains thirteenth position with 7-17 record. Silute lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 12 games lost. Delikatesas will meet league's second-placed Suduva-Mantinga in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Silute will play against Zalgiris II (#3) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
