Very expected game when 15th ranked Nuernberg (2-12) lost to fourth ranked Artland Dragons (10-7) in Quakenbrueck 73-84. Artland Dragons players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. The best player for the winners was naturalized American point guard Zachary Ensminger (195-1) who scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Adrian Breitlauch (193-93) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Five Artland Dragons players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was center Jonathan Maier (211-92) who recorded 13 points and American guard Tra Holder (185-95, college: ASU, agency: Wasserman) added 9 points and 6 assists respectively. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Artland Dragons maintains fourth place with 10-7 record, which they share with Schwenningen. Nuernberg lost tenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
