There was a small surprise in Frankfurt where tenth ranked Skyliners II (5-12) edged 8th ranked White Wings (8-9) 84-81 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was Matthew Meredith (200-0) who scored 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Maximilian Begue (192-1) chipped in 14 points. Skyliners II's coach Miran Cumurija allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was Josef Eichler (201-87) who recorded 23 points and Felix Hecker (192-98) added 19 points and 4 steals respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Skyliners II moved-up to ninth place in South. Loser White Wings keep the eighth position with nine games lost. Skyliners II will face Speyer (#10) at home in the next round.
