The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Flames won third quarter 29-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when KOS won last quarter 18-14. They also forced 20 Flames turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian point guard Jernej Heine (191-0) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Slovenian center Lovro Fizuleto (200-92) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four KOS players scored in double figures. Point guard Julian Alper (180-0) answered with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Ben Seipt (196-96) added 11 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Flames. KOS have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Flames lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with nine games lost. KOS will play against Furstenfeld Panthers (#5) at home in the next round. Flames will play against the league's second-placed Raiders Tirol in Innsbruck and hope to get back on the winning track.
