Very expected game when 10th ranked Gisa Lions (4-13) lost to second ranked TSV 1880 Wasserburg (13-2) in Halle 72-81 on Sunday. TSV 1880 Wasserburg made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. TSV 1880 Wasserburg outrebounded Gisa Lions 40-24 including a 27-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Kelly Moten (173-93, college: Emporia St.) nailed 31 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and her fellow American import forward Maggie Mulligan (189-95, college: UMass) accounted for 12 points and 8 rebounds. Gisa Lions' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. TSV 1880 Wasserburg maintains second place with 13-2 record having five points less than leader Keltern.
