Regular Season Round 20: Sandersdorf - Muenster 60-75

The game between Top Four teams took place in Sandersdorf. 4th ranked host Sixers (11-8) lost to third ranked Muenster (14-6) 75-60. Muenster forced 21 Sixers turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Sixers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Point guard Jasper Guenther (181-99) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. American point guard Marck Coffin (193-91, college: Idaho Coll.) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Lucien Schmikale (194-97) replied with 15 points and point guard Vincent Friederici (190-1) added 10 points in the effort for Sixers. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Muenster moved-up to second place in North, which they share with Itzehoe. Sixers at the other side keep the fourth position with eight games lost. Muenster's next round opponent will be league's leader SparkassenStars in Bochum and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sixers will play at home against Rist Wedel and hope to win that game.
