Semi-Finals Game 2: Anagennises - Anorthosis 55-61

Anorthosis toppled Anagennises to sweep the semifinal series. The guests were ahead by 4 points but lost the second period ending it with a 4-point deficit before their 17-7 run, which allowed them to win the game. Anorthosis dominated on the defensive end, holding Anagennises to just 7 points in fourth quarter. They also forced 20 Anagennises turnovers. American center Diana Delva (187-88, college: Hartford) had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Maria Konstantinou (171-97) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Anorthosis' coach Aristos Aristou used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-95, college: CBU) responded with a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds and Bulgarian power forward Styliana Velinova (191-0) scored 3 points and 6 rebounds.
