This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 6th ranked Braunschweig (3-5) to third ranked TG Neuss (6-5) 72-71 on Saturday evening. TG Neuss have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain third place in North with 6-5 record having just one point less than leader Wuerzburg. Braunschweig lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with five games lost. TG Neuss are looking forward to face ChemCats Chemnitz (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Braunschweig will play against Baskets Grunberg and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
