Important game to mention about took place in Ankara. Fifth ranked Ormanspor (15-10) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging one of their biggest challengers Cankaya (15-10) 71-69 in the fight for the fourth place. Strangely Cankaya outrebounded Ormanspor 42-27 including 16 on the offensive glass. The winners were led by American point guard Riquna Williams (170-90, college: Miami, FL) who scored that evening 22 points and 6 rebounds and Romanian-American power forward Ashley Walker (187-87, college: California) supported her with 19 points. Even a double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds by American power forward Avery Warley-Talbert (190-87, college: Liberty) did not help to save the game for Cankaya. Her fellow American import point guard Tan White (170-82, college: MSU) added 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for lost side. Four Cankaya players scored in double figures. Ormanspor moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Cankaya. Cankaya lost third consecutive game.
