We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 11th ranked Oberhaching (6-16) lost on the road to twelfth ranked Erfurt (4-18) 86-75 on Sunday. Erfurt forced 19 Oberhaching turnovers. It was a very good performance for center Mark Mboya Kotieno (206-0) who helped to win the game recording 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. American point guard RJ Price (183-93, college: Radford) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Five Erfurt players scored in double figures. Erfurt's coach Uvis Helmanis used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
