Rather expected game when 9th ranked Ormanspor (1-5) lost to seventh ranked Petkim Spor (3-3) in Ankara 74-86 on Thursday. Petkim Spor outrebounded Ormanspor 50-34 including 16 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by Yigit Karalar who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds and guard Emir Eid (190-2) supported him with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds by Gorkem Guneri (207-1) did not help to save the game for Ormanspor.
