No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Schwenningen (14-9) beat 13th ranked Walter Tigers (7-17) in Tuebingen 77-66 on Saturday. Schwenningen looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a good game for American forward Courtney Stockard (196-95, college: St.Bonaventure) who led his team to a victory with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Lithuanian Rytis Pipiras (201-95) contributed with 10 points and 7 assists for the winners. Four Schwenningen players scored in double figures. Schwenningen's coach Alen Velcic used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Finnish Elias Valtonen (199-99, college: Arizona St., agency: Blacktop Management) answered with 21 points and 5 rebounds and center Daniel Keppeler (203-97, college: Regnitztal) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Walter Tigers. Schwenningen moved-up to fifth place. Walter Tigers lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 17 games lost.
