Tenth-ranked Timberwolves (3-20) gave a tough game to eighth ranked UBSC Graz (13-10). UBSC Graz managed to secure only nine-point victory 105-96. However their fans expected easier game. Timberwolves were ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 19-16 charge of UBSC Graz, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 13-4. UBSC Graz made 18-of-22 charity shots (81.8 percent) during the game. UBSC Graz outrebounded Timberwolves 53-34 including a 34-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. UBSC Graz's coach Ervin Dragsic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Guard Jakob Szkutta (188-99) came up with 25 points and 9 assists and forward Philipp DAngelo (198-89) added 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Timberwolves in the defeat. UBSC Graz maintains eighth place in Places 7-10 with 13-10 record. Timberwolves lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 20 lost games.
