An interesting game for Anadolu Efes (24-1) which played road game in Karsiyaka against second-ranked Pinar Karsiyaka (20-5). First ranked Anadolu Efes managed to get a 9-point victory 98-89. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Pinar Karsiyaka. Anadolu Efes made 20-of-24 charity shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. French forward Adrien Moerman (202-88) scored 24 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian guard Vasilije Micic (196-94, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 23 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Anadolu Efes and five Pinar Karsiyaka players scored in double figures. Defending champion maintains first position with 24-1 record. Pinar Karsiyaka at the other side keeps the second place with five games lost. Anadolu Efes will play against Socar Petkim (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Pinar Karsiyaka will play against Bursaspor (#10) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
