Very expected game when 15th ranked Nuernberg (3-19) was defeated at home by second ranked MLP Academics Heidelberg (17-6) 92-85 on Saturday. MLP Academics Heidelberg had a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Nuernberg was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American Shyron Ely (194-87, college: Evansville, agency: Slash Sports) who helped to win the game recording 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import Jordan Geist (188-97, college: Missouri, agency: Inception Sports) who added 18 points during the contest. At the losing side Hungarian point guard Marcell Pongo (194-97, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 3 points, 5 rebounds and 14 assists and American guard Tra Holder (185-95, college: Arizona St., agency: Wasserman) scored 18 points.
