Not a big story in a game when 14th ranked Constanta (2-18) lost to ninth ranked Dinamo B. (7-8) in Bucuresti 71-86. The game was mostly controlled by Dinamo B.. Constanta was better in third quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard Armin Cane (188-93, college: Stockton, agency: Blacktop Management) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. The other American import forward Isaiah Armwood (206-90, college: GWU) chipped in 13 points and 9 rebounds. Worth to mention Cane played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped get the job in pro basketball. Five Dinamo B. players scored in double figures. American guard Siler Schneider (190-95, college: UC Davis, agency: One Motive Sports) produced 25 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and power forward Mario Lazar (203-94) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. Dinamo B. maintains ninth position with 7-8 record. Constanta at the other side stay dead last with 18 lost games.
