Regular Season Round 28: Fethiye - Turk Telekom 82-81

A very interesting game took place in Fethiye. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of higher ranked Turk Telekom (15-12) to fifteenth ranked Fethiye (7-20) 82-81 on Saturday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. The winners were led by American swingman Ricky Ledo (201-92, college: Providence) who scored that evening 24 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import guard Robert Johnson (190-95, college: Indiana) supported him with 18 points. Even 24 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists by American guard Nick Johnson (191-92, college: Arizona) did not help to save the game for Turk Telekom. Canadian power forward Kyle Wiltjer (208-92, college: Gonzaga) added 21 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Four Turk Telekom players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Fethiye maintains fifteenth position with 7-20 record. Turk Telekom at the other side keeps the sixth place with 12 games lost. Fethiye's next round opponent will be higher ranked Acibadem (#12) in Istanbul and it may be quite challenging game.
