The game in Gaziantep was also quite interesting. Seventh ranked Dacka (15-12) played at the court of 8th ranked Gaziantep (13-14). Dacka managed to secure a 6-point victory 82-76 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of American Andrew Andrews (188-93, college: Washington) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 assists and the other American import Ryan Luther (206-95, college: Arizona) who added 13 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Four Dacka players scored in double figures. At the losing side French center Mouhammadou Jaiteh (211-94) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Kenny Hayes (190-87, college: Miami, OH) scored 23 points and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Dacka moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Turk Telekom. Gaziantep at the other side keeps the eighth position with 14 games lost. Dacka will meet at home Socar Petkim (#13) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Gaziantep will play against Turk Telekom (#7) in Ankara and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
