Regular Season Round 13: TED Ankara - Tofas 62-59

Tofas (6-1) recorded its first loss on the court of third ranked TED Ankara on Tuesday night. Visitors were edged by TED Ankara 62-59. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Tofas. They outrebounded Tofas 48-35 including 19 on the offensive glass. Baris Unlu (-1) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Can Sayin (-3) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Berke Buyuktuncel (202-4) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and Batin Tuna (197-3) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. TED Ankara have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Tofas. TED Ankara is looking forward to face league's leader Anadolu Efes in Istanbul in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Tofas will play on the road against Afyon in Afyonkarahisar and is hoping to win this game.
