Bottom-ranked Lokman Hekim is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their eighth consecutive match to third ranked TAC NEF (6-2) 83-58 on Wednesday evening. TAC NEF dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Lokman Hekim's 26. They outrebounded Lokman Hekim 52-37 including 17 on the offensive glass. Ege Yildizoglu (-4) nailed 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and Cahit Kalkan (-2) accounted for 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four TAC NEF players scored in double figures. Emir Azdemir (-2) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and Alper Karadut (-1) added 16 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Lokman Hekim in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for TAC NEF. They moved-up to second place, which they share with TED Ankara. Lokman Hekim lost their eighth game in a row. They still close the standings with eight games lost. TAC NEF will meet at home league's leader Fenerbahce in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lokman Hekim will play against Tesvikiye (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
