A very interesting game took place in Bursa. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 9th ranked Ormanspor (2-7) to eighth ranked Bursaspor (3-5) 85-84 on Thursday evening. Bursaspor players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a good game for Aydin Sirin (-2) who saved his team from a defeat with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 18 rebounds. Ali Isik contributed with 28 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized German center Mertcan Gerhardt (202-2) replied with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds and Mehmet Yakar (-3) added 19 points, 13 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Ormanspor. Four Ormanspor players scored in double figures. Ormanspor's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Bursaspor moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Gelisim Koleji and Turk Telekom. Ormanspor at the other side keeps the ninth position with seven games lost.
