The game between fifth ranked Zaporizhye (20-14) and 11th ranked Mykolaiv (6-28) in Zaporozhye on Friday ended with biggest points difference. Zaporizhye outscored guests from Mykolaiv 95-63. The game was mostly controlled by Zaporizhye. Mykolaiv managed to win third quarter 25-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Zaporizhye maintains fifth place with 20-14 record. Mykolaiv lost third consecutive game. They stay dead last with 28 lost games. Zaporizhye will meet at home higher ranked Prometey (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Mykolaiv will play against Khimik (#7) and hope to secure a win.
