U18 League top team - Vilniaus KM I (7-0) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Perkunas (3-4) 81-74. Perkunas was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Worth to mention a quality performance of guard Vincentas Adomaitis (194-3) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Regimantas Ciunys (191-3) who added 21 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Vilniaus KM I players scored in double figures. Elvinas Antanaitis (195-3) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and Tautvydas Baltrusaitis (204-3) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. Vilniaus KM I have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-0 record. Perkunas at the other side dropped to the fifth place with four games lost. They share the position with Panevezio. Vilniaus KM I will play against Zalgiris (#4) in Kaunas in the next round. Perkunas will play at home against Panevezio and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
