Regular Season Round 3: Ulm BBU 01 - Mannheim 63-79

Everything went according to plan when Mannheim (3-0) beat on the road Ulm BBU 01 (0-2) 79-63 on Sunday. Mannheim forced 22 Ulm BBU 01 turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Jeremy Ingram (183-91, college: AAMU) who scored 37 points (!!!) and 4 assists. Swingman Alexander Kuhn (198-92) chipped in a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Thomas Gaus (194-2) who recorded 11 points and 6 rebounds and forward Tobias Jensen (197-4) added 13 points respectively. Ulm BBU 01's coach gave the chance to play for twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Mannheim will meet at home Reutlingen (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Ulm BBU 01 will play against Tuebingen 2 (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
