There was an upset when higher ranked Deisenhofen (1-3) was edged at home by thirteenth ranked Rackelos (1-4) 70-68 on Sunday. The former international Johannes Lischka (203-87) notched 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and Tim Uhlemann (203-99) supported him with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Even 31 points by Janosch Koegler (190-93) did not help to save the game for Deisenhofen. Peter Zeis (196-89) added 14 points and 7 rebounds. Rackelos left bottom position moving up to eighth place in South, which they share with Coburg and AC Wizards. It was Deisenhofen's third loss in a row. They keep the seventh position with three games lost. Rackelos will meet at home Bayern (#13) in the next round where they are favorite. Deisenhofen will play against Arvato College Wizards (#9) in Karlsruhe and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
