There was a minor upset when higher ranked Yalova (2-3) lost at home to thirteenth ranked Besiktas (2-3) 74-68 on Sunday. Egehan Arna (202-97) nailed 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and American guard Isaiah Whitehead (191-95, college: Seton Hall) accounted for 12 points and 7 rebounds. American point guard Lamont Jones (183-90, college: Iona) came up with 21 points and the other American import Brian Conklin (201-89, college: St.Louis) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Yalova in the defeat. Yalova's coach Hakan Yavuz let to play twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
