Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Bayern Muenchen (4-1) beat on the road 16th ranked Bayreuth (1-4) 87-78 on Sunday. Bayern Muenchen looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American Augustine Rubit (203-89, college: USA) who scored 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Liberian-American center Othello Hunter (203-86, college: Ohio St.) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field).
