Regular Season Round 6: Herlev - Amager 84-78

The most important game in the last round took place in Herlev between second ranked Amager (3-2) and fifth ranked Herlev (1-4) on Wednesday night. Amager was defeated by Herlev in a tough game on the road 78-84. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Amager won third quarter 24-20. The former international center Rikke Fabricius (186-92, college: CMU) replied with 26 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and the former international guard Ena Viso (177-93, college: S.Dakota St.) added 17 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Amager. Defending champion left bottom position moving up to fourth place, which they share with Aabyhoj. Amager at the other side keeps the second position with two games lost. Herlev is looking forward to face Aabyhoj (#4) at home in the next round. Amager will play against SISU in Copenhagen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
